| 4 | c | Cornbread dressing |
| 2 | lb | Cut up Italian sausage |
| 1/2 | Onion | |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to taste |
Mix cornbread dressing with sliced sausage, onion and salt. Stuff hog maw. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
